Anti-Bullying Campaign

Le Antonio’s Foundation launched Anti-Bullying Campaign in January 2016 with a view to educate students and youths about ill-effects of bullying. The ultimate goal of Anti-Bullying Campaign is to eradicate the evil of bullying from the society of Jamaica.

Anti-Bullying Campaign seeks to bring awareness of the harmful effects of bullying to the student population; thus addressing bullying where it usually begins.

Anti-Bullying Campaign uses volunteer Ambassadors of Le Antonio’s Foundation to visit Jamaica’s pubic Primary Schools, Junior High Schools, and High Schools. Our volunteer Ambassadors present an anti-bullying and conflict resolution education session to the students at the schools they visit. At the end of the presentation the students are asked to voluntarily sign and keep a pledge card, affirming that they will choose anti-bullying actions and look.

During the Anti-Bullying Campaign school visits, children as young as the third (3rd) graders are taught by the volunteer Ambassadors how to identify bullying and what to do if they are victims or witnesses. The students are taught how to deal with bullying and resolve conflict situations peacefully without any violence and harm.
